How Do I Register My Child for the Enrich & Empower Summer Institute?
How Much Does the Program Cost?
The Enrich & Empower Institute is one of the most cost-friendly experiences for families in the Greater Richmond area. We offer a packed, full day experience that works with parents’ schedules and offers students activities that they won’t get ANYWHERE ELSE!
The Summer Institute (week-long camp) dates are:
June 10 - 14 2024
June 17 - 21 2024
June 24 - 28 2024
The rate to attend a one-week session is $180 per child, plus a one-time $40 registration fee. Or students can attend all three weeks for $486 (the most popular choice at a 10% discount!t). Note: The application fee and a portion of registration payment is due in order to reserve your student’s slot. All registrations must be paid in full in order for your student to attend. If more than one child from a household is enrolling in the Institute, there is a 10% discount per additional child. After program care is included in camp registration.
Where is the Enrich & Empower Summer Institute Located?
This summer’s Enrich & Empower Institutes will be hosted at Faith & Family Church located at 7900 Walmsley Blvd, North Chesterfield, VA 23235.
Do I Need to Provide Any Materials or Supplies?
All snacks, materials and supplies are included in the program fee. Students will need to bring lunch and a personal water bottle.
Can I Sign My Child Up for More than One Week?
Absolutely! Families can register their students for one, two or three weeks, and they’ll only be charged one registration fee.
Refund Policy
Iron Village Preparatory Academy has a strict No Refund policy.
In some extreme circumstances a partial refund may be granted by the Outreach Program Director (only).
In the instances of partial refunds: The following are the processing fees which will be deducted from any refund:
Registration fee: $40
Withdrawal fee: $20
Partial Refund Processing Policy:
If the initial registration was paid for by credit card, the refund will be processed back to that same credit card.
If initial registration was paid by check, a check will be issued to the information on record.
Returned Check Policy:
The following fees will be charged for returned checks:
Paper checks $30 processing fee
E-check $30 processing fee
