How to Apply to Iron Village Prep
Your child’s journey starts with a conversation. Here’s how to apply:
Step 1: Book a Discovery Call
Connect with our team to learn more about our microschool model and see if it’s the right fit for your family.
Step 2: Complete the Application
Fill out the application and submit the $50 non-refundable application fee to begin the enrollment process.
Step 3: Family Tour
We’d love to welcome you into our space. Come by to observe our academic lessons, explore the classroom environment, and meet the teacher. This visit gives you a clear picture of how our learning community operates day-to-day.
Step 4: Student Classroom Visit
Your child will join us for a morning of play, learning and exploration. This is a wonderful way for them to experience our classroom culture firsthand and see how they might fit into our community.
Step 5: Enrollment & Registration
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll finalize enrollment. This includes completing registration paperwork, paying enrollment fees, and preparing your student to officially join Iron Village Prep.
Tuition & Fees (2025–2026 School Year)
We offer a high-quality, community-centered education at an affordable rate.
Innovators (K–4): $9,800/year
Trailblazers (5–8): $9,500/year
Other Fees:
$50 application fee (non-refundable)
$300 enrollment deposit (applied to tuition)

When should I start the admissions process?
As soon as possible! Our enrollment period closes when all 20 founding family slots are filled. Early applicants have the best chance at securing a seat.Is there a deadline to apply?
Once we reach 20 students, additional applicants will be added to a waitlist.What’s the purpose of the academic assessment?
The assessment helps us understand your child’s current academic level so we can tailor support from the start. It’s short, age-appropriate, and designed to help us meet them where they are.What happens during the family tour?
The family tour is your chance to experience Iron Village Prep firsthand. You’ll explore the classroom, observe our academic lessons, and meet the teacher. This visit gives your family a clear picture of our learning community and how your child could thrive here.Do siblings receive priority enrollment or discounts?
Yes! Siblings of enrolled students receive priority consideration and a 10% discount on tuition for each additional child enrolled.
