Choose Your Session
Option 1: In-Person Eco-Discovery & Strategy Race
When: Saturday, July 18 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Three Lakes Park (400 Sausiluta Dr, Henrico, VA)
Exact Meeting Spot: Meet us at the Large Picnic Pavilion right next to the Playground and Nature Center. Look for the bright blue Iron Village signs!
The Experience:
K–3rd Grade: Pond Life Biology. Take scoops of pond water to identify living critters up close (tadpoles, snails, and algae!) before hitting the playground.
4th–8th Grade: The Three Lakes Bio-Blitz Challenge. A fast-paced, smartphone-guided strategy race. Track down micro-organisms, identify invasive species, and map geological erosion zones to score points and win the premium IVP Gear Pack.
Option 2: Virtual Blueprint & Info Session
When: Wednesday, July 22 | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Online via Zoom (Link sent upon registration)
The Experience: A fast-paced, visual look into our curriculum, tutoring integration, and daily schedules, followed by an open Q&A with our founding team.
Option 3: In-Person Street Art & 3D Building Hangout
When: Sunday, July 26 | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Where: Park365 (3500 Saunders Ave, Richmond, VA)
Exact Meeting Spot: We have 3 reserved picnic tables right by the main pavilion area. Just look for our banners!
The Experience:
K–3rd Grade: Color-Block Branding. Help base-coat and decorate structural bricks with vibrant colors and stickers, then lead the architectural "wall build."
4th–8th Grade: Cardboard "Graffiti" Bricks & Lawn Games. Use pro-level liquid chalk markers and stencils to tag custom flat-packed boxes, analyze street-art typography styles, and assemble them into a giant 3D collaborative community wall. Plus, hang out on the perimeter with Spikeball and Cornhole!
