At Iron Village Preparatory Academy, we believe education thrives when supported by a vibrant, multi-talented community. Our Community Leader Fellowships invite parents, guardians, and local specialists to bring their real-world expertise directly into our school ecosystem.
Through this collaborative model, fellows contribute their time and skills in key operational and instructional roles in exchange for substantial, direct tuition grants (ranging from 25% to 100% coverage) for their enrolled students.

Direct Tuition Grants: Every fellowship position carries a predetermined tuition grant credited directly toward your child’s annual enrollment at IVP.
Flexible Commitments: Roles are designed with manageable, structured hours that fit around school schedules and work life.
Limited Cohort: To ensure a balanced student body and high-touch experience, fellowship seats are strictly limited per academic term.
2026–2027 Open Fellowship Positions
Language & Cultural Immersion Fellow (Spanish)Tuition Grant: 25% – 50% Tuition Coverage
Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week (includes light prep time)
Role Overview: Design and facilitate engaging, conversational Spanish activities and cultural appreciation modules for our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interactive small-group language sessions 2–3 times weekly.
Integrate conversational practice, music, and cultural stories into learning routines.
Qualifications: Native or near-native Spanish fluency; enthusiasm for child-led, interactive instruction.
Physical Education & Athletics SpecialistTuition Grant: 25% – 35% Tuition Coverage
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week
Role Overview: Keep our scholars active, healthy, and learning teamwork through structured movement, games, and sports fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead age-appropriate outdoor sports, cooperative games, and fitness routines.
Foster sportsmanship, physical confidence, and safety during activity periods.
Qualifications: High energy, experience leading group athletics, coaching, or youth fitness.
Operations & Family Experience CoordinatorTuition Grant: 25% – 50% Tuition Coverage
Time Commitment: 3–6 hours per week
Role Overview: Keep academy daily operations running smoothly by providing administrative support and warm family check-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Support front-desk operations, attendance logging, and basic recordkeeping.
Assist with parent communication channels and light clerical task management.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented, proficient with basic tech/spreadsheets (Google Workspace), excellent communication skills.
Community Partnerships & Growth LeadTuition Grant: 50% – 75% Tuition Coverage (Plus potential milestone bonuses)
Time Commitment: 5–8 hours per week
Role Overview: Expand IVP’s local footprint by forging strategic community partnerships, coordinating guest speakers, and building master schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with local organizations, businesses, and venues for experiential learning opportunities.
Assist leadership in optimizing academic, activity, and partnership schedules.
Qualifications: Strong networking skills, strategic thinker, organized, experienced in business development or project management.
Brand Communications & Digital Media LeadTuition Grant: 50% – 100% Tuition Coverage
Time Commitment: 5–10 hours per week
Role Overview: Capture and tell the story of Iron Village Prep to drive brand awareness and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and create content for social channels, newsletter updates, and local marketing campaigns.
Help execute open house events and local parent outreach strategies.
Qualifications: Proven background in marketing, digital media, copywriting, or graphic design; goal-oriented mindset.
Transportation & Field Operations CoordinatorTuition Grant: 75% – 100% Tuition Coverage (Or full waiver + stipend based on vehicle/route)
Time Commitment: Scheduled daily routes and/or field trips
Role Overview: Ensure safe, reliable transit for scholars during daily arrivals/departures and off-campus experiential learning trips.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate designated transportation vehicles for morning/afternoon runs or scheduled excursions.
Conduct vehicle safety checks and maintain transit logs.
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with an immaculate driving record; CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain); mandatory background check clearance.
