Our World in Sound, an immersive four-week journey where rhythm, history, and identity collide. This program isn't just about listening to music—it’s about understanding how sound serves as a heartbeat for communities, a tool for resistance, and a bridge between our past and our future.
Through a blend of body percussion, historical deep dives, and creative technology, participants will explore how music shaped the world and how they can use sound to tell their own stories.
Workshops meet once a month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Iron Village Prep. The program is free for IVP students who commit to the full semester (4 sessions). Remaining spots will be offered to non-IVP families through a sliding scale tuition model.
