As Iron Village Preparatory Academy launches its first full year, our goals go beyond classrooms and textbooks—we are measuring impact in lives changed. Here’s what we’re working toward:

  Every child will have a personalized plan that tracks growth in academics, cultural exploration and leadership.

• Exposure to 25+ careers through Pathways
  By the end of the year, students will have met professionals across industries—planting seeds for futures they didn’t know were possible.

• 27 Farm-to-Table Experiences through Unpicky Eaters
  From planting seeds to tasting nutritious dishes, students will connect with food as health, history and heritage.

• 30+ Field-Based Learning Days
  Museums, parks and community landmarks will become extended classrooms, turning Richmond into a living learning lab.

• 100% Family Participation in Village Life
  Whether through volunteering, events, or learning alongside their children, families will be at the heart of every milestone.
